Its Akshi Yogashala’s Summer Season of 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Program

The 200 hours in Kerala covers in depth studies of Ashtanga yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and Yoga Philosophy. The long residential training is conducted by traditional and highly learned yoga teachers of India who take great pains in teaching students.
The curriculum includes practical as well as theoretical training of all the yoga forms. Besides the yoga forms mentioned above are taught techniques of pranayama, meditation, yoga Nidra, yoga anatomy, yoga philosophy, yoga principles, cleansing techniques, alignments and adjustments, and teaching methodologies. Students will also be taught Indian Ayurvedic cooking with the fresh and pure ingredients.
There will also be many attractions for the students in the form of retreats on the beaches, visit of the temples, interaction with the local Keralites and Ayurvedic experts, group discussions, and excursions.
Students will be accommodated in beautiful and cozy rooms and will be provided three times Indian prepared Ayurvedic meals. Getting up to the sunrise beyond the sea and doing Sun Salutation will going to be a great experience for them. The center is certified by Yoga Alliance USA so that after completing the program students can register themselves with RYT, Yoga alliance, USA and awarded certificate which would entitle them to start their own yoga schools anywhere in the world.
