Renowned Olympian, Mr. Lee Haney participates in East Metro Atlanta's Health and Fitness Expo

Atlanta, GA, December 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- On Saturday January 28, 2017, East Metro Atlanta will welcome one of the largest Health and Fitness Expos to be held at The Georgia International Horse Park located at 1996 Centennial Pkwy, Conyers, GA 30013 (www.EMetroHealth.com). Organizers have welcomed internationally renowned Olympian and bodybuilder, Mr. Lee Haney, to participate and support this mission. Lee Haney, affectionately referred to as "Mr. Olympia" and the "trainer of champions," garnered his position in the Guinness Book of World Records at the young age of 24.

Having coveted eight consecutive prizes for bodybuilding, Mr. Haney went on to make significant impact and contributions around the world, landing him the Lifetime Achievement award from former Governor Schwarzenegger and induction into The International Sports Hall of Fame this past March. Today, "Mr. Olympia" is a three time published author and entrepreneur. He and his wife, Shirley, own the Haney's Harvest House, a non-profit organization that mentors young men to be powerful and productive members of the society.

Mr. Haney will host an educational workshop and interactive demonstration at the Health and Fitness Expo. Among the topics that he will discuss are how functional exercise and functional nutrition improves the overall health and wellness of an individual. He will also offer insight into how detoxing affects the body and what age management supplements are best to use.
