BrightCoach Hires Lexi Morales as Director of Marketing

Laguna Beach, CA, December 15, 2016 --(PR.com)-- BrightCoach, a rapidly growing Southern California Coaching Organization, specializing in both Business and Life Coaching recently announced the appointment of Lexi (Alexis) Morales as its Director of Marketing. “This will further help our dynamic business to accelerate its already rapid growth, allowing us to reach new channels, clients and opportunities over the coming weeks and months,” said Peter Ashworth the company’s CEO and Founder.

In her new role, Lexi will lead all digital online marketing efforts for BrightCoach, aiming to increase brand recognition, online digital penetration and promote the BrightCoach story and services across the US and the planet. Morales will focus primarily on digital channels including digital strategy, social media, thought leadership content, database mining, email, digital content and newsletters, messaging, and geo-psych-demographic target marketing across the Internet and some traditional channels.

With experience working within several digital marketing groups, Lexi brings her startup and corporate marketing and strategic marketing expertise to BrightCoach. Her experience and capabilities will help shape the company’s brand values and marketing capabilities as we build our best-in-industry brand and customer acquisition benchmarks.

Additionally she closely managed the “street team,” events, and a comprehensive social media outreach and campaigns.
