A New and Unique Way to Yoga for All Ages at Karmic Fusion Yoga
All classes use traditional yoga movement with emotional awareness as a community. It is important in this stressful world to feel part of a community and that is what Karmic Fusion Yoga offers its students.
New York, NY, December 16, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Karmic Fusion Yoga is pleased to announce that on January 2, 2017 it is starting its Upper West Side, New York City Yoga Classes at the Harmony by Karate Studio located at 251 W 81st St @ Broadway New York, NY 10024.
Children ages 3 to 6 can now enjoy yoga classes Mondays and Fridays at 4- 4:45pm and Saturdays at 10am. Children ages 7 to 12 can enjoy hour long yoga classes Monday and Fridays at 5pm and Saturdays at 11:30am. Karmic Fusion's children's classes combine traditional yoga principals with an emotional community focus helping to demonstrate healthy coping skills for dealing with the stress of an overly stimulated environment. Their programs are geared to build students confidence.
Karmic Fusion is also offering hour long adult and prenatal classes. Adult classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturday at 9am. Prenatal classes are offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am. Their adult and prenatal classes follow a similar approach to the kid classes in the use of traditional yoga movement with emotional awareness as a community. It is important in this stressful world to feel part of a community and that is what Karmic Fusion Yoga offers its students.
Karmic Fusion Yoga’s Founder stated, "As a mother of three young, active boys growing up in the age of social media and technology there is a huge increase in cyber bullying and the rates keep increasing. I have looked for yoga classes throughout the city to assist my kids with principals that can help them adjust in these changing times. While I have located several classes that my children have attended throughout the city, we have walked away feeling unfulfilled as the classes didn't incorporate the key benefits that yoga offers. I wanted my children to know about each movement and their benefits along with learning focus and confidence. Our classes are fun and enjoyable but there is a purpose and a focus to our classes allowing kids and adults to leave with a higher sense of confidence. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years and have known some amazing instructors. Through experience, hard work and desire, I have developed the Karmic Fusion Yoga program and I'm excited to pass this along to New York City families. The amazing journey begins on January 2nd 2017."
