Bioscience Americas Unveils New, Patient Focused Website
New website allows prospective patients to sign-up for autologous stem cell therapies at the Company's Colombia location.
Phoenix, AZ, January 30, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Bioscience Americas, LLC, a leading international developer of autologous stem cell centers for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, is pleased to announce that it has launched a new version of its website to reflect the anticipated opening of its Colombia clinic and to position itself to begin to accept patients for treatment.
In making the announcement, Bioscience Americas CEO Eric Stoffers said that over the last several months “many people have contacted us requesting information about the possibility of treatment for various illnesses. In response to this, we made enhancements to our website to provide additional information about the diseases we treat as well as allow for inclusion on our patient evaluation schedule.”
Mr. Stoffers went on to say that “the Company has received serious inquiries from prospective patients and their families regarding treatment for diabetes as well as multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries among other illnesses.” He added that these cases are being evaluated by the Bioscience Americas science team to determine the severity of each patient’s situation and the proper autologous stem cell protocols and course of action required to address the patient’s individual needs. “Most of our referrals are from patients in the United States and reflect our early success in developing a medical tourism outreach marketing program,” Mr. Stoffers said.
The Colombia facility will benefit from a shared services arrangement with San Vicente Hospital in Medellin, Colombia. The Company is also in discussion with several other hospitals in Colombia for shared services and referral relationships in addition to its medical tourism marketing program geared to capturing a share of the lucrative medical tourism market from North America.
The Company anticipates opening its Colombia clinic during the second quarter of 2017.
