Esteemed Physicians Join Dedication Health Practice
Winnetka, IL, June 15, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Dedication Health, an innovative concierge medical practice located on Chicago’s North Shore is proud to announce the addition of Santiago A. Candocia, MD, FACP, and Richard D. Stern, MD, as primary care physicians at the practice’s 710 Oak Street facility.
The new physicians will join Dr. John E. Croghan, a triple board certified physician in internal medicine, rheumatology and geriatric medicine, and an on-site staff of trained medical personnel committed to providing an industry-leading, patient-first approach to personalized healthcare.
A native of Havana, Cuba, Dr. Candocia is board certified in internal medicine and specializes in pre-travel consultations that consist of the dissemination of travel safety information and the administration of immunizations, when necessary.
Dr. Candocia holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois College of Medicine, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University Medical School. Additionally, Dr. Candocia served as Chief Resident in Medicine at Evanston Hospital and as a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at both Northwestern University Medical School and the University of Chicago.
Dr. Stern, a specialist in internal medicine, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Chicago Medical Society.
Dr. Stern earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., and a degree in medicine from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Evanston/Glenbrook Hospitals, where he served as the Chief Medical Resident.
