Owner of the oldest dance studio in Arlington Heights purchases new location in Arlington Heights and reinvests in the community. The DanceXpress Dance Studio gets completely remodeled and redesigned, including website, print, and social media re-branding. Grand Opening event to be held this weekend.
Arlington Heights, IL, September 06, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Long term small business reinvests in local community.
Oldest Dance Studio in Arlington Heights, educating dancers for 32 years, moves studio to new location in Arlington Heights and makes plans for a Grand Opening event. The DanceXpress Dance Studio located at 924 S. Arthur Ave. for the past 20 years is making a big move down the street to 646 S. Arthur Ave. in Arlington Heights after the studio owner and her husband purchase the new building on Arthur.
Dance Studio gets renewed, refurbished, and refreshed. The DanceXpress Dance Studio has made a move to a new dance space just down the street from their current location in Arlington Heights, with all new sprung wood dance floor, high-open ceilings; with its clean, new and contemporary look, the studio has been sleekly redesigned.
Just as the studio has gotten an all new design upgrade, the owner herself has done some personal upgrading by earning her Master Dance Educator Certification this summer through Chicago National Association of Dance Masters, an internationally recognized dance education organization where she has been a member for over 20 years. At the 104th annual CNADM Banquet in July 2017, Ms. Sophia Ritchey was awarded her MDE certificate with her family, friends, and more than 300 peers present.
Not only has the studio received a facelift but the whole image of the studio has gotten a make-over including a newly redesigned website, with completely rebranded print and social media. Some changes have been major while others have been very minor, but all of the changes have been made to create a completely renewed and cohesive dance education environment.
“The transition from renting to owning has been the easiest of all the changes,” states owner Sophia Ritchey. “After 32 years of depending on the decisions of the landlord for the upkeep and maintenance of the studio building; purchasing a new building and taking over those decisions will be exciting and refreshing.”
In anticipation of kicking off the 2017 school year, the brand new dance studio is being prepared for a huge Grand Opening event to be held Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 2:00 – 6:00pm. On the agenda at the Grand Opening will be live music by “Moonshine,” meet the teachers, take a studio tour, excerpts from the 2017 Dance Recital: Anything Goes, special registration offers, and several generously donated raffle prizes.
The DanceXpress Dance Studio’s owner and teachers would like to invite everyone to the Grand Opening Event on September 10th. All are welcome to enjoy the festivities and enter the raffle. Among the generously donated raffle items are: tickets to a Metropolis Performing Arts production, tickets to a Prairie Center for the Arts production, a $50.00 Gift Certificate for A la Mode Boutique in downtown Arlington Heights, and 2 TDX Gift Certificates for discounted class tuition. Take a few minutes on September 10th between 2:00 and 6:00pm to drop by The DanceXpress Dance Studio and check out their brand new dance studio location.
