Denise is very proud of the work she’s performed as a counselor helping individuals with brain injuries, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. She is trained in not only dietary theory, but also works with bio individuality and caters wellness coaching to each specific person’s body type, blood type, and their overall organic body. With a background in neuropsychology and a knowledge of how the brain interacts with chemicals, she can help patients in a more natural and healthy way.

Not long ago, Denise had a personal, life-threatening experience due to an illness and subsequent over-medication. Upon recovering, she decided that there had to be a much better approach toward taking care of ourselves and ensuring our health and wellbeing. Denise specializes in neurology and knows how the brain reacts with chemicals or medications. With her background in neuropsychology, she hopes to help those in the mental health field that are over-medicated take a more natural approach to their treatment through healthy eating and counseling.

Born on February 14, 1966 in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, Ms. Taddeo obtained a M.A. in Counseling and Education from Montclair State University in 1992. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) and graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach. She recently became certified from the Nutritious Life School in New York founded by Keri Glassman, RD. She is NBCC board certified, and has been a professor since 1997. In her spare time Denise enjoys Pilates, yoga and animal advocacy.
