A graduate of the County College of Morris, Katie earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing and obtained her Registered Nurse designation. Prior to her role at Longwood Ventures, LLC, and Lifestyle Freedom Innovations, Inc., Katie served as a Cardiovascular Registered Nurse in various positions across the St. Clare's Health System for thirty years. She maintained​ Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications​ throughout her nursing career and ​certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse during the years worked in Critical Care areas. Katie brought her expertise in teaching and coaching from the health care setting to the business setting in 2015.

Her commitment to the field of Business has led to recognition as the Pinnacle Professional by Continental Who’s Who. Meanwhile, Katie was the recipient of the 1987 STARS Award from Dover General Hospital in her nursing career.

In her free time, she enjoys music, photography, and yoga.
