Living Full Out Radio Show: Using Past Experiences to Educate Others
Huntington Beach, CA, March 21, 2019 --(PR.com)-- On Saturday, March 23rd, The Living Full Out Radio Show will discover methods to educate others. Host Nancy Solari will discuss how to teach in a productive and effective way. The guest will be HIV educator and community activist Teresa Sullivan, who will share her experience with living with HIV for the last 24 years and how she devotes her career to teaching others. Nancy will also offer advice to callers looking to use their past experience for an educational purpose.

Nancy Solari was sixteen years old when she was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa and has experienced progressive vision loss over the years. Despite her prognosis, she was resilient in creating a vision for her future and determined to live with purpose and follow her dreams. Today, Nancy hosts the national Living Full Out show and is an inspiring example of creating a successful life through determination and positivity. Nancy believes everyone is capable of overcoming difficulties and living full out.
On this week’s episode, community activist and HIV educator Teresa Sullivan will discuss living with HIV, overcoming other personal and health care challenges, and using her experience to help others. 24 years ago, Teresa was diagnosed with HIV. During the time of her diagnosis, Teresa was in an abusive relationship with a partner who filed criminal charges when she tried to leave, resulting in her incarceration. Teresa devoted her life to becoming a leader and advocate for the HIV movement. Today, Teresa is the Vice Chair of the board of directors for National Positive Women’s Network–USA and a senior member of the Philadelphia Affiliated chapter. She is also a graduate fellow of the Black AIDS Institute. Teresa trains other people living with HIV/AIDS in how to begin a dialogue about Treatment as Prevention in their own communities.
