Pur Pilates has relocated its successful pilates studio from Tacoma, WA to Park City UT. Pur Pilates in Park CIty is located just outside the city limits of Park City proper and sits in a beautiful, mountainside, private setting. Pur Pilates in Park City offers each client a personalized routine to meet their personal goals and needs. The certified instructor works with athletes, enthusiasts, pre/post natal, injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as those seeking to work a healthy fitness program into their lives.
Pur Pilates in Park City has a fully equipped Pilates Studio with brand new, state-of-the art "Balance Body" equipment/apparatus (Reformers, Cadillac, Trapeze, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel) as well as additional props.
Pur Pilates teaches Pilates in the Evolved Method. The Instructor has been trained to work with all body types in various health and wellness conditions. The Pilates Method taught at Pur Pilates in Park City is safe and
controlled work, utilizing all pieces of the Pilates Equipment to compliment and facilitate the workout.
