Mike Roulston will be personally leading all of the boot camp workouts. Mike is a BCRPA certified personal trainer with over 15 years involvement in the fitness industry. Mode Athletics outdoor boot camp classes are designed to motivate you towards your next level of fitness, while having fun. Their boot camp workouts are 60 minutes of high-intensity exercise, efficiently working your entire body -- muscles, heart, and lungs -- by going from one exercise to another with little to no rest.

The workouts include heart-pumping cardio drills, total-body muscle toning, motivating group exercises, challenging calisthenics (bodyweight exercises) and plyometrics (explosive movements), and more.
