Core Personal Training Boot Camps Offer Nutrition Programs & Saturday Morning Boot Camps For Moms/Dads & Kids
Redmond, WA, July 15, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Local outdoor fitness boot camp program offers nutritional programs and new fitness programs.
Core Personal Training Boot Camps have added healthy cooking classes, pantry raids and grocery shopping trips as well as meal planning services. “In response to many of our clients’ questions about nutrition and healthy eating, we have added programs designed to help them to get the maximum results from their boot camp experience,” says Antonella Graham, one of Core’s certified personal trainers.
A new fitness program being offered by Core is a Saturday morning boot camp for those who cannot attend boot camp during the week. This is being taken one step further by offering parents a chance to bring their kids to boot camp as well. Courtney Kanaby, NASM will be leading the adults’ group and Antonella Graham, IFPA will be leading the kids’ group. One of Core’s leading missions is to make fitness accessible to all.
In response to overwhelming requests, 6:00 am classes will begin at Marymoor Park on July 28th. Casey Brevig, NASM, will bring his dynamic training style Mondays through Thursdays.
In addition to these new programs, Core is also offering its clients the chance to start when they want to rather than to wait for a new session of boot camp to start. “If someone decides mid-session that they really want to start boot camp, we want to give them the option to just jump in rather than to lose their momentum. We recognize that when someone decides they want to start an excercise program that they want to start as soon as possible,” says Jennifer Mager Bell, owner of Core.
New sessions of Core Personal Training Boot Camps begin July 28th, 2008 and are held at Redmond Ridge Park and Marymoor Park. Camps run for one hour per day either three days per week four days per week or five days per week for four consecutive weeks. Redmond Ridge Park has sessions at 5:45 am, 6:45 am and 6:30 pm. Marymoor Park has sessions at 6:00 am, 9:00 am and a 10:00 am stroller boot camp. Average camp cost is $14.95/hour for five-days/week camps, $17.20/hour for four-days/week camps and $18.33/hour for three-days/week camps. Punch cards are also available.
