Governor Proclaims Crime Stoppers Month in Its Fourth Decade
Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty has issued a proclamation declaring January to be Crime Stoppers of Minnesota Recognition Month. This non profit organization has been a useful tool in the fight against crime for law enforcement agencies across the State of Minnesota. It offers the unique ability to be separate and independent of law enforcement and a place for members of the public to come forward with information about crimes while they stay anonymous and potentially earn a reward. - January 16, 2010
