Town of Riverhead, N.Y., Being Sued for $180 Million Due to Alleged Discrimination and Breach of Contract
On October 10, 2006 the $180 Million Dollar Federal Trial of Mark Houraney and North East Holdings, LLC vs. Town of Riverhead, former Supervisor, Robert Kozakiewicz and Town Attorney, Dawn Thomas individually will begin. Set to take place at the Federal Court House in Central Islip, N.Y. the trial is expected to last about two weeks. - October 06, 2006
