Devo Spice is trying to prove that you don't need the backing of a major record label to make a splash on iTunes. His new album Gnome Sane comes out on April 1st and he is asking all his fans to buy it on that day from iTunes. A new song called Pillagers by New Jersey rappers Sudden Death pokes fun at the pharmaceutical industry.
