Charitable Golf Tournament Organizers Seek Players, Donors

The Glen Taylor Jr. Memorial Fund was established by Sara Taylor Hardy of Taylor Packaging Corporation in 2007 in memory of her brother, who died in 2000 at the age of 27. “I wanted to figure out a way to help others and honor Glen’s memory so we established the Memorial Fund and decided to host an annual benefit in his name,” Hardy said. To date, the fund has raised more than $40,000 in the past four years and has provided 16 scholarships for local, college-bound students in need. - September 08, 2012
