Most of us can remember a favorite book growing up that our parents would read to us and then, in time, we would read it to them. This sort of learning at home is critical in a child’s education and the absence of this parent-child interaction can result in reading deficiencies. Returning President, Leslie Ann Jackson, has charged the Junior Woman’s Club of Raleigh with working to close this gap by partnering with Read and Feed during the 2015-2016 year. - June 04, 2015
