Homeowner Builds Second Home with King’s Court Builders - Up the Street from Previous Home at Waterford in Highland Woods

Originally from Ann Arbor Michigan, Bill Hemmings and his wife Monica spent nearly a year with a real estate agent searching for a home. Concerned with conducting business long distance, they initially hesitated to build. Later they decided to build a home with another builder when they found King’s Court Builders and the Waterford neighborhood at Highland Woods of Elgin. - November 13, 2014
