A Truly Different iPhone Keyboard
The inefficient QWERTY keyboard layout was designed for a typewriter in 1873. The HERO Keyboard layout was designed for small mobile screens. HERO enlarges and centers the 80%-used letters (in English), and places them in a circular layout like how our thumb naturally moves. Common letter combinations are adjacent and can be dragged over for faster entry. These changes result in saving 3 feet of finger travel per sentence, as measured by founder Corey Stone. - February 25, 2015
