National MALS Foundation Established to Provide Hope and Support for Those Suffering with Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome (MALS)

Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome is a rare disease that causes chronic abdominal pain in both children and adults. MALS can have significant consequences to the overall well-being of patients; moreover, it can impair a patient's quality of life. The National MALS foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) whose vision is to see a future in which MALS patients receive a timely diagnosis and comprehensive supportive medical care. - February 27, 2019
