IBSA Launches Initiative to Create Youth Development Center

To meet the unmet challenges facing youth from disadvantaged neighborhoods, low-income adults and ex-offenders with employment & training services, and small businesses needing ongoing support and proper advocacy, IBSA, Inc. has began raising the required funds to secure the building they have occupied for over 15 years. The corporate headquarters is located at 629 SE Quincy, and the adjacent buildings on 7th Street between Quincy and Kansas Avenue. 112-114, 116, and 118 SE 7th will be acquired. - July 05, 2007
