Columbus Body Transformation Expert Releases a Free Book Bag Exercise Manual
Columbus, OH, December 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Local Columbus Fitness Expert, Jason Yun, CSCS, CISSN, has just released a free ebook manual teaching over 40 variations of fat burning, muscle building exercises that you can do at home with only a book bag.
Yun, who is the owner and creator of Yun Fitness Boot Camps in Columbus, created the manual for the ultra busy people that simply don’t have time to attend a bootcamp or go to the gym.

Do your exercises in a circuit fashion. Very little rest between exercises. Circuit training has been scientifically proven to burn up to 9 times more fat than standard aerobic exercises, like running on a treadmill, or cycling.
Focus on whole body workouts. At least an upper body/lower body split. Training 1 or 2 body parts at a time is a waste of time, and is not functional. The body moves as one. Whole body training burns more calories, builds more muscle, and burns a ton more fat.
Crank up the intensity. Intensity is the number 1 factor weather or not an exercise program will be successful or not. It has to feel hard to you; otherwise you are just wasting time. Muscles should be burning, and it should be hard to hold a conversation with others while doing it.
