The National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) has again expanded its personal training workshops options to include more local and live sessions. The new personal training workshops are offered by Training Made Fun.

The expanded personal training workshops offer the NESTA Personal Fitness Training certification, and include anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, program design and hands-on instruction. The certification is valid for four years, double the length of most certifications, and is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
