Improvement Warrior Fitness Helps Fitness Franchise Raise $150K
Columbus and Hilliard-based fitness business contributes to 2nd Annual Revolution for a Cause.
Columbus, OH, July 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Athletic Revolution-Hilliard and Improvement Warrior Fitness (Formerly Yun Fitness Bootcamps) just wrapped up their second annual international charity campaign Revolution for a Cause, bringing in over $150,000. The charity drive ran from May 6th to June 30th and was capped off with a live auction at the franchise’s international convention in Louisville, KY on July 13th.
Revolution for a Cause is an international charity drive bringing together the efforts of different Athletic Revolution and Fitness Revolution franchisees and licensees from across the world. Over 50 AR and FR locations participated this year.
Jason Yun, owner of Improvement Warrior Fitness in Columbus, Hilliard and Reynoldsburg, was one of the participants.
They brought in $1183 by running a charity drive for the Oklahoma Tornado Victims at their facility. Proceeds from their event have been donated to the Red Cross of Oklahoma.
Among the events was the Tornadoes suck charity workout, where clients gave the middle finger so to speak to tornadoes.
“I’m so glad to have participated in Revolution for a Cause,” said Yun, owner of Athletic Revolution-Hilliard. “Not only were we able to contribute to a great cause and build a sense of community in our training facility, but also it was a lot of fun!”
