Moving to a bigger location will allow Direct Business Lending to successfully grow its team. Direct Business Lending will be hiring an additional 30 employees in the next 30 days, taking them from 75 to 105 qualified staff. This will enable them to reach out to more companies and offer even greater customer service. Looking down the rows of cubicles at the current Direct Business Lending office, the employees can be seen bumping into chairs and inhibited from stretching out. It is a glorious sight to see, the energy, busyness, and productivity, but they need more space to perform and grow.

Noting the move to a bigger office, CEO Jantzen Fugate said, “I wouldn’t be surprised if we outgrow this space in a year to a year and a half.”
