The Future Education Center (FEC), a locally owned tutoring service and teacher supply store in Selma, Ala., today announced that it has qualified under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 as a Supplemental Education Service Provider (SES) for Dallas, Perry, and Wilcox County Schools and the Selma City School system.
