Japanese Study Concludes That Home Blood Pressure Monitoring Results in Better Control of Hypertension
In a recent study, published in the Journal of Human Hypertension 2008, Japanese patients taking anti-hypertensive medication were monitored by researchers. Of these, 77% regularly monitored their blood pressure at home, and 23% did not.
