Navesink Challenge 15K and 5K Races to be Held on November 30, 2008
On Sunday, November 30, the Jersey Shore Running Club (JSRC), the Middletown Youth Athletic Association (MYAA) and Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Monmouth County will host the eighth annual Navesink Challenge, which starts and finishes at Bodman Park in Middletown, New Jersey. The Navesink Challenge includes two races, both featuring scenic country roads and several hilly sections. Habitat for Humanity of Moore County is on the move and is introducing a new name to the community. The local Habitat affiliate will now be known as Habitat for Humanity of the NC Sandhills. The Moore affiliate has expanded its service area to include Richmond County and has built five homes in that county since 2005.
